'Stayed 4 nights. Feb 2026 Great location! Convenient to everything. 2-3 minute walk to the beach, the pier, and lots of restaurants and shops. Even more within 10-15 minutes. Free parking available a block away. Friendly staff. Spacious unit. Comfortable beds. Excellent rooftop patio is fun to eat outside or watch the sunset. Placencia has a very cool vibe. Fun fact: there are no parking meters or traffic lights. Really easy to see why you might want to retire here. '

'This was a fantastic condo. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south. These folks get 6 of 5...
