'The staff was excellent at this property. I believe that some of the rooms are in really great shape and others are not. A friend stayed in a different room and loved it. We did not love our room. It was the dolphin. The shower curtain had mold on the backside of it. The baseboards had nails with rust coming down. 'Room was clean, outside of living room carpet which had a smell to it. Liked staff friendly, liked pet friendly. Well equipped kitchen. Bed comfortable. No 55 inch TV no movies channels as advertised. Furniture was unstable and falling apart ie: table, chairs, bedroom end table hanging off the wall . He has alot of knowledge about pretty much everything you might want to do in Placencia. From places to eat to excursions you might want to take. 'Un-Belizable! We had a great stay for 5 nights! As we traveled out, my son's flight was delayed and as soon as I advised Jason, he sprang into action and worked his magic. He coordinated with Emilio at the Belize airport to adjust our short flight from Belize to Dangriga as needed. Emilio rushed us through as soon as my son's flight arrived and we somehow made the original flight!
