'Room was clean and staff was helpful. Not so good was one day one of the 5 pools heater was not working well and was 78 not 87. And the hot tubs indoors were in need of cleaning. Beach view was great and fold out couch was nice. Also they do not provide any beach chairs or towels even though you see them in the picture the chairs are from the city and the lifeguard charges $65 a day for two chairs and an umbrella. Also no vallet parking which is a pain.'

'The room is as clean, the only issue I had was that once I left the lobby the area the rest of the hotel had a strange smell to it. I also observed what appeared to be bloody hand prints on the door of the bathroom.'

'The room was not oceanfront, we could see the ocean but we were not facing the ocean like the listing showed. We found a child’s sock in our washing machine from the previous tenants. The door is such a pain to open, which usually wouldn’t bother me, but this door got so stuck it was just annoying. There was very loud construction on the lazy river, which we weren’t aware of until 24 hours before our stay. We didn’t even use the pool area because the plumbing trucks took up the entire entrance...

'Located close to Convention Center, baseball stadium and beach. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Great location if not interested in staying on the beach.'

'Tracking was very easy the property was clean the beds were comfortable except the couch sofa I would not recommend I would definitely stay there again we enjoyed every moment of it'
