VRBO was unable to reach the host to determine the reason for the cancellation and could only confirm that the reservation had been active and fully confirmed in their system. 'It was a scam. I got scam . My reservation was canceled. U caused me emotional stress. We were late to our son’s soccer tournament. We drove about 2 hours to receive this??? I had to find another place to stay with our newborn baby and a toddler. Marriot don’t offer any stay. I’m will never book through Expedia, cuz it left me and my family with worse ever experience. 'The door card only worked in one door of the three rooms, two of the three bathrooms were dirty with nail clippings and public hair in bath tub, there is no service by the pool so you have to go find food and drinks to bring in by oool, there also is no food in premises so that’s super inconvenient, the resort feel/ vibe is NOT here at all. We were in floor theee, every time we get off the elevator it smelt like absolute rock trash throughout the hallways. It was absolutely disgusting. I said...

'The home was very clean and friendly. The appliances were in great condition. We enjoyed an afternoon of grilling and hanging out. We enjoyed hiking all around the area and then we enjoyed returning to the house for a nice beverage '
