Easy parking and very close to Grover Beach (very short drive or doable walk if not lugging lots of items.) 'Great location, very clean, there were plenty of amenities but we were busy with local family away from the VRBO so we didn't use them. The host did a great job communicating before our stay and provided a generous early check in even without us asking for it. '

'We had our family at the house over the Thanksgiving holiday. That’s 6 adults and 3 kids ages 11 (boy) and girls (both 8). The house sleeps 8 comfortably but our grandson opted for an inflatable mattress instead of the fold out downstairs. The house could use some curtains or blinds in the upstairs living area. There is lots of glass and the sun can be blinding. But overall, the house is comfortable, orderly and everything works. The host was very responsive. '
