'The location to Grover Beach/Pismo Beach was very good. Also it is close proximity to picking up groceries or having Instacart deliver. The only down side was not having extra bedding in the rooms in case it is needed during a more than two night stay. Other than that it was great. Also a word of advice if you want to drive on Grover beach to hang out they have a 1000 car maximum so you need to go early pick up yourv $5 pass with In and Out access and you will be set.'

I booked through Expedia, not VRBO, and had disconnects with the host. I attempted to cancel my reservation on two occasions outside of the 2-week, non-refundable period listed on Expedia (and my receipt). 'Super quiet and quaint place for two in AG! We booked and had the nicest stay in town. It’s centrally located and close to amenities and about 10 minutes from the sand on the beach. We stayed 4 nights and it was just perfect for our little getaway. Highly recommend.'
