Well-Furnished Oceanside Home!

Come spend a relaxing stay in our spacious, clean, and comfortable 3+ BR house one short block from the ocean. Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood in the heart of Shell Beach, and within walking distance of restaurants, and coffee shops, Dinosaur Caves Park, and a beautiful beach, this light-filled and well-equipped house has everything you need for an incredibly comfortable stay.

In accordance with local regulations, the minimum stay is 29 nights. Maximum allowed vehicles is three and no offsite overnight parking is allowed.

The House

Situated on the warm Central Coast, this home away from home features two ample bedrooms with queen beds, and a third bedroom with two twin XL beds. A bonus room serves as an extra bedroom, living room, office, or children’s play area. Large closets and ample dressers provide plenty of room for all your belongings. The two bathrooms are well stocked with ultra-soft towels.

Enjoy drinks or outdoor dining while you soak in the sun on the fenced front patio, or grill up a meal on the barbecue on the back deck. Cozy up with a book on the oversized sectional or unwind with a movie on the 55” smart TV (with HBO, Amazon Prime, and Sling) in the living room.

The well-equipped kitchen, with gas range, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, is perfect for when you want to create a meal at home. A dining table for eight provides a great spot to gather.

Ceiling fans and the breeze from numerous windows help keep you cool when it’s warm, and central heat keeps you warm if it’s chilly. At the end of the day, settle in to the luxurious memory foam mattresses and comfortable bedding for an amazingly restful night.

The bathrooms are recently remodeled (2022), with new floating vanities, bidet (washlet) toilets with heated seats, skylights, and more.

The Area

A short walk from the house brings you to bluffs overlooking the ocean and a park, where you can take in one of our amazing sunsets, or just watch the waves. You’re also close to a beautiful beach, excellent kayaking, surfing schools, hiking trails, wineries, whale watching tours, stand up paddleboard rentals, golf, and bike rentals, as well as the beaches of Avila and Pismo Beach.
