'I liked the clean room and the decor. I also appreciated how the bathroom was laid out. They also added a nice touch by putting my name on the screen of the room tv with a welcome message. I also liked that the controls for the shower were located on the opposite wall of the shower head so you don’t get splashed with cold water as soon as you turn it on…it’s the little things! 'Loved our stay! It was a 2 minute drive to the Ballantyne Medical center and if weather permits, the walk is only 15 min. The hotel is easy access off the freeway (exit 61 on right side. Google hasnt caught up yet and still says left, which is now express lane.)
We appreciate a kitchenette and I was thrilled to find that it was completely stocked and fridge has an icemaker. Staff are wonderful! Will definitely be back.'

'I was in a room with a King size bed and pullout couch with a love chair. It gives the feel of an apartment with the option to close the bedroom door. My least favorite part was having to hear the highway while trying to sleep. My family and I were there for a weekend basketball tournament. The price could be a little cheaper given the location , but other than that my family and I were satisfied. The front desk service was pleasant which also is a plus,'

'Nice and very spacious room and hotel. The pool was not open for the season unfortunately, which was not advertised in advance if I'm not mistaken. We didnt notice the cardboard notice on the small bottles of water and since we opened them they charged us 6,99 dollar for them afterwards. Housekeeping and front desk were unphased when we told them they unlocked our (ground floor) balcony door when we were out, so everybody could have walked into our room with all of our belongings in them.'
