« We booked it because on line it was a rate 9 and we thought with that rate, they would have a fridge in the room and they did not so we had to get two buckets of ice to keep our medication cold . it was a disappointed. Needed help with the TV and front desk said she had no one. Try to plug our phones in to charge them and the strip did not work. The room did not look like what they post of the pictures online. »

« Staff was helpful if you needed anything, the A/C was excellent. It was never hot in the room, and you have stores and restaurants around too choose from 👍. »

« Dirty room, bad smell, lots of dust and long hair in the very old looking bathroom, noisy AC, shower head with no pressure, dirty windows … I really enjoy best western venues in general, this one was, by far, the worst I’ve been to »

« Accueil correct sans plus on a du attendre 10 minutes que quelqu’un ouvre le bureau. Chambre correcte, un peu vieillotte. C’était propre. Lit correct. Pas de petit déjeuner ni de piscine. Hotel basique à petit prix pour s’arrêter une nuit et repartir. »

« Magnifique hôtel situé dans un golf. Le cadre est luxueux et calme. Le parc aquatique est superbe. Beaucoup de transats sur place. La chambre était très belle, décoration et style de bon goût, très belle salle de bain. Vue sur le golf et le lac. Petit déjeuner servi dans un restaurant du site, service lent mais le repas était bon. Une très bonne adresse de séjour près de Houston. »

« Bugs and flies in room. Hotel is very dated and the night attendant was rude. Said he would move me to the 2nd floor and when I asked if the room was ok, he replied ‘I don’t know’. I could not bring myself to stay there and asked if I could get a refund for my 2nd night. He said you have to call Expedia. Never going back. Beware! »
