« We might have just come during a time when they were understaffed, but the day we checked out it was impossible to find a single employee to help us. We didn't need the breakfast but wanted a cup of coffee before we headed out and had some other questions and we went to the front desk multiple times, even walked into the dining room, and never saw an employee. « Cleaning staff were nice. Building needs a lot of maintenance work. Locks worked off and on. Pool and hot tub combo are nice but the water in the hot tub didn’t look so great after our first day, not sure it was getting cleaned. Heard other guests say the same thing. Only one working elevator, I don’t mind taking the stairs but they were in disrepair as well. « Great location. Seemed to be cleaner than competing facilities. Beds very comfortable and excellent showers. Great location. Rooms had more space and better layout than competing facilities. »
