'This house is adorable and comfortable! The back yard is beautiful and location is central and quiet. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need and plus some more. The house is thoughtfully planned out and clean. The bedrooms are very nice and the pillows and mattresses are very comfortable! Highly recommend.'

'This house was perfect for our family for a trip to Mayo and loved that they welcome pets! It is only a block or so from a flower nursery with a very cute cafe. The house had all the little things you may forget which we really appreciated. There were also "Lime Bike" rentals out front which my son enjoyed. Only a short drive to restaurants, shopping and the Mayo Gonda Building. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. '

'The house was conveniently located to Mayo. It's a tidy, nicely appointed home that was perfect for our recent stay. Fenced yard and dog-friendly policy were perfect for our family. Great to have off-street parking and a walkable neighborhood. We'd definitely stay here again.'

'The house proved to be a very good place for us to stay (5 adults). It was clean, quiet, and in a good location. Communications with the owner prior to our stay were excellent. Check-in and check-out were easy. We were visiting a family member in Rochester, and we did not use all of the amenities that were available. But the house is well-equipped.The house is old and the floors and stairway were squeaky. That was not a problem for us, but could be for some. The shower in the main-floor bathroom...

'Convenient access to Mayo Clinic and a 14min walk if you want to leave the car. 2 car spots in the driveway for easy parking. Extra bathroom and shower downstairs if needed. 3 steps to get up into house in case that is an issue for anyone. WiFi available and a super nice recliner for someone recouping. Jessica was super nice to work with. '
