'I honestly cannot believe this hotel is allowed to operate in this condition. From the moment I walked into the room, it was one problem after another. There were actual drops of blood on the floor, which is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. The toilet never stopped flushing the entire time and made constant noise, making it nearly impossible to relax. 'Located centrally in downtown Wellsboro allowing us to walk to many things. The room was clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The amount of space was refreshing. It was great to be able to close the bedroom door when one of us was not ready for sleep. The full size fridge was a surprise. And the popcorn was a nice touch.'
