"Neither of the tvs worked in the room. When notifying the front desk agent she advised I unplug them and see if the channels would change. It didn’t!! Then the door did not shut all the way very unhappy about that safety concern. The room smelled like a Olnadra mop"

"The staff was very nice, however, they did not clean the room or bathroom very well. They only took out the bathroom garbage and replaced towels. Even when I asked that special attention be made to the shower, it was not done and the facial tissues ran out the first night and were never refilled. ..."
