Set on a beautifully secluded private lot, you’re surrounded by Smoky Mountain nature with peaceful wooded views and stunning west-facing sunsets each evening.

This luxury residential RV offers over 450 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space with full eight-foot ceilings, creating a surprisingly open and comfortable tiny home experience. Inside, you’ll find a private master bedroom with a king bed, along with a cozy living room featuring an oversized TV, fireplace, two recliners, and a sofa sleeper for additional guests. The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, dishes, cookware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, and an outdoor grill—everything you need to feel right at home.

Step outside and enjoy the best of outdoor living with a covered patio, a private 4-person hot tub, fire pit with seating, and breathtaking sunset views. This is true “glamping” at its finest—where luxury meets the outdoors.

You’ll also enjoy reliable Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and generally strong cell reception, allowing you to stay connected if you choose. Located less than a mile from the Pigeon Forge Parkway, you’re just minutes from top attractions while still enjoying a peaceful, secluded retreat. All-wheel drive is recommended but not required.
