Located in a luxury gated resort, close to Dollywood and nestled in the Smoky Mountains, "Livin' the Good Life" is an inviting log cabin which offers all the comforts of home including 6 TV's and complimentary wireless internet. The views of Mt. Leconte are fantastic from our cabin !
Located in Pigeon Forge, this 4-bedroom, 3+ bathroom cabin allows for a peaceful environment that is only minutes away from restaurants, shopping and family entertainment. Perfect for reunions, girls getaways or multi family vacations.
We are a quick 1 1/2 miles from the parkway so you are just minutes away from all the action. We are located just off stoplight 10 in Pigeon Forge. Very close to the Leconte Center. Dollywood is at stoplight 8. Gatlinburg is a quick 6 miles away. The National Park bypass is 5.5 miles away. Cal Ripken baseball fields are only 8 minutes away.
This spacious vacation rental sleeps 12 and also offers private decks overlooking Mt. Leconte and the gorgeous scenery of the mountains. For guests with physical limitations there are no stair steps to the bedroom that Is located on the ground floor. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and features a heart shaped jetted tub in the room to relax your muscles after a day of hiking in the Smoky Mountain National Park. A fully-equipped kitchen offers all the essentials to create memorable family dinners using local ingredients. Other amenities include a private hot tub, a community outdoor pool, standup multicade, air hockey, pool table, gas grill and washer/dryer. A travel crib, toddler bed rails and baby booster feeding chair is included for families with small children. Large windows looking out all three stories create a picturesque view of your surroundings.

We enjoyed how nice the cabin was, how quickly the host responded to any questions we had and the view was spectacular. The only problem we had was in the main level bathroom. The water never got hot. It didn’t seem to matter whether you were the first person to use the shower in the cabin or the last. The water basically was luke warm…never getting hot.

This property accommodated our family very well. The host was responsive when I reached out with questions. However, the cleaners didn't secure the trash box when they placed trash from the previous guests in it, so a bear got into it and scattered trash everywhere. The scattered trash was finally oicked up 4 days later.... the cleaners also did not supply some kitchen items that were mentioned in the listing, not a huge deal as we brought those items with us.

Fun in TN

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was on the south most end of Pigeon Forge, which allowed easy access to Gatlinburg too. The view was beautiful from any floor of the cabin. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was not too far. You could walk, but it was up hill coming back, so maybe drive. Everyone enjoyed the gaming console, each person had their own favorite game. We would recommend this cabin.

The location of the cabin is great , the views from the deck are awesome! The activities provided there are very nice for our family. The owner did respond within a acceptable period of time.The cons were that some of the furniture is looking very worn. Some drawers dont work and some chairs should be replaced. We had a big issue trying to regulate the temp between the floors The main floor and lower would be very hot and the upper floor was freezing , No matter how we tried we could not find a solution. Also there was a very strong odor of sewage outside that the owner states is from a neighbor, but still affected our being outside at times . Although beautiful , we would probably stay elsewhere

Cabin was spacious, however, I think they need a different cleaning company. One garbage bag is not enough. There should also be some cleaning supplies. There were not enough paper towels or toilet paper. It’s not a problem, you just need to let your renters know. We would have been more prepared.

Clean, quiet, & great location

Loved the location. Really close to the main parkway but doesn’t feel like it with how quiet it is. The owners of this cabin were very friendly and quick to respond. This was probably the cleanest cabin we have stayed in at this resort. There were some negatives; the hockey table didn’t work for us and there was a gap in the door downstairs causing a lot of warm air to pour in. I did notify the owners and they said they would get someone out to fix those things. The A/C downstairs kept auto programming to 76 throughout the day at random times, so that along with the warm air from the door, the downstairs never cooled down. Highs were 90 while we visited. The beds and pillows downstairs are also uncomfortable. We would wake up at midnight sweating, and the AC had randomly bumped itself back to 73 or higher. It was just muggy, hot, and miserable down stairs, so hard to get a good nights sleep.
