The beds were painful after night #2, the pillows deflated right away and weren't very comfortable, the conditioner was empty at the beginning of our stay until we requested more, only one elevator made for longer wait times to go up and down, and the breakfast unfortunately was exactly the same 3 days in a row, and the box display that had all the muffins in it had a very sour smell to it. The one day we went into the hot tub, it was cold, and received an apology thst they just filled it and would take awhile to heat up (this was 9:30am). The good things, it was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and it is in a good location close to a lot of stuff to do. I really wanted to like it, thr biggest kicker was just not feeling very rested due to the beds and pillows, made each day of traveling and activities that much harder.
