Escape to the Smokies at George's, a spacious three-level log cabin tucked in a charming log cabin community with swimming pool access. Offering 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a private hot tub, game room, and Jacuzzi, this beautifully designed cabin is perfect for families, couples, or group getaways. Located just minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds—peaceful seclusion with easy access to all the action.
Main Level
Step into a cozy living area with a stacked stone gas fireplace, queen sleeper sofa, recliner, and plush seating. Enjoy entertainment on the 85" TV , all under a soaring vaulted ceiling with warm wood accents. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, tile floors, 2 coffeemakers, and a Keurig (pods not included), along with a dining area that seats up to 10 guests comfortably.
Two queen bedrooms with TVs are on this level, along with a full bathroom featuring a stand-up shower with grab bars for added convenience.
Upper Level
Retreat to the master suite with a king bed, private Jacuzzi tub, TV, and private en-suite with stand-up shower.
Lower Level

The cabin worked perfect, we traveled with one in wheelchair and one using walker. The main floor bedrooms and accessibility of the bathroom worked perfect. Walk in shower, hand bar next to toilet, and floating sink made this trip much easier. The ramp leads you to the front porch and no step entry. Roomy, and plenty of bathrooms. We had 7 adults and 2 children. The lower level was perfect as well with 2 bedrooms, each with own full bathrooms. Living area. W/D. Only reason 4 stars on cleanliness, the hot tub area was full of cobwebs. There was a vacuum, so wasn't a big deal to clean them. Management was very friendly and prompt in picking up garbage and adding pucks to hot tub. We had a great time.

Convenient Cabin

The cabin listed as 5 bedrooms 4 baths unfortunately one shower wasn’t working, maintenance was unable to fix and was very inconvenient for having 10 people in the house. We did see a few bugs and dishwasher didn’t work properly. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The cabin itself was a nice. But it was not clean! Human & dog hair was all over the bed and furniture! There was blood on one of the quilts. And they had roaches. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

A few things need to be fixed.

The location of this cabin was great! Very close to the main road where all the attractions are. However, the property needed some fixing. There was a leak under the kitchen sink and a leak in the main floor tub that leaker water into the basement bathroom. When we checked in, there was a wet wash clothe in two bathrooms. Couldn’t tell if they were used or if they were used to clean them and forgotten.

Our Stay at George 309

Overall the cabin was nice. But the stove needs replacing or the heating elements need to be replaced, they would not stay level. The basement area had a very musty smell, probably the carpet. Overall, it was a nice cabin and we had a very enjoyable stay. The proximity of the cabin to restaurants and all types of things to do was awesome!

The check in process was easy and convenient. The office personnel was friendly and professional. The cabin was convenient to everything and not too far up in the mountains. The only issue was when we got to the cabin the upstairs bedroom had not been cleaned and we had to wait on someone to clean it and the washer didn’t work. Other than that the cabin was nice

Nice family 4 day weekend with children andgrandchidren

Loved the property. Well furnished and very clean. Only issue was that there was no place (pantry/ shelving) available to put away groceries. Had leave leave all non-refrigerator, groceries, snacks and drinks on the kitchen counter. The cabinets were full with dishes/ glasses/ cups etc. Suggest a free-standing shelving unit either owl picture or by the wall telephone, perhaps.

Loved the cabin.

Loved the cabin and everything there was to do in the surrounding area. We used the grill and hot tub which were wonderful to have. We brought our dogs and they did very well in the cabin too. Did many hikes In the Great Smoky Mountain National Forest as well as ventured over to Gatlinburg.

Spring Break Vacation

First let me say we love the Smokey Mountains and have been coming here for the last 40 years. I will base my review on 3 points - Property Management, Cabin, and Cleaning contractor. Property Management: Need to find someone else to manage this property. Will not rent anything that is managed by Eagle Property Management. The most uncourteous management people I have dealt with. They refused to give me the exact location so I could put in my GPS. They said GPS was no good. The map they give me was not correct in the road name for the property. Once I put in the location, my GPS had no problem finding it. I called on Sunday the number on the list for trash pickup because there was only 1 trash bin to put trash for 14 people in. We filled it up every day and had to call sometimes twice to get it picked up. Rating = less than 1. Cabin: This cabin needs some serious work. Blinds falling off the windows, Dishwasher and refrigerator needs replaced. There is no brooms or working vacuum cleaner to sweep the floors. Shared bathroom off kitchen, the shower curtain is too short so you get water everywhere. The screens on the patios are torn and needs mending. The Hot tub water level was too low to use but no way to put water in it. Rating = 1. Cleaning Contractor: I would fired this contractor. The cabin is nasty. Carpets needs cleaning, Bed blankets and comforts need washing in the worst way. We were afraid of bed insects (bugs) to be quite honest. The air filter is black from not being cleaned.. Rating = 1. Would I recommend this cabin? NO, NO, NO!!! I will not rent from this owner or the property management again.

This was by far the best cabin we have ever stayed in.

The accommodations were very clean. Everything we needed was provided. My family and my husband’s family stay in a cabin in the Smokies every year and this was by far the best. Loved the Americana theme throughout the cabin. I’m guessing the owner is a war veteran and a true American patriot. We felt like we were staying in a very special place.

Get-A-Way at George's Cabin

This cabin was perfect for our family getaway. Everyone had their own bedroom and their own space. The cabin was clean and pest free even with it being a pet friendly cabin. We had three vehicles and had more than enough room for parking. Check-In was very quick and smooth, only took about 10 minutes and check-out was even easier.
