Our host, Justin was excellent with communication throughout the process, he handled the several questions we had regarding the stay very promptly. AThe condo was great, it was everything we needed. King bed in the master, queen bed for my daughter in the 2nd bedroom and my son slept on the pullout couch. Condo was very clean and modern which made our stay even better. The full kitchen was great, all the plates, cups, pots and pans you need for when you want to cook for yourself! Check-in and checkout were a breeze.Location is always important and the condo is right on the main drag of Pigeon Forge, numerous restaurants within walking distance and of course our favorite, Dunkin Donuts at the entrance to parking. We will definitely be staying there again, in fact we will likely be booking our summer trip soon! looking forward to staying again.

Nice condo, but it is apparent that the cleaning crew does not pay attention to detail. Outside trashcan near elevator was overflowing for multiple days and there was trash on ground around dumpsters. The comforters and pillow shams are overdue to be changed/ washed.

I’ve stayed at four other units in Mountain View and this is by far the cleanest and best stay so far. Looks like it has been recently updated. The folded towel swans at the end of the beds was a nice touch. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay

Great location in the heart of Pigeon Forge! Location is in the city but off the road with beautiful views. Condo was very clean, roomy and as described. My only complaint would be that for four people they only provided six towels and six washcloths. Yes, there is a nice washer and dryer but who wants to wash when they are on vacation? This would not keep me from staying here again but I would pack extras so I wouldn’t have to wash every day!

We love staying at Mountain View Condos, and this unit was no exception! It was just what our multigenerational family group needed. We had four adults and one teenager in our group. The condo was beautifully decorated, and when we walked in, it was clear that it had been thoroughly cleaned.We experienced a minor issue with the refrigerator upon arrival. I reached out to the contact provided, and we received an immediate response. The issue was addressed promptly and effectively.

Could NOT have been any better!

We always try to stay at Mountain View Condos when we come to PF. This was our first time staying at this particular property and it won’t be our last! The property was well maintained and clean. It was super cozy and really felt like home. We brought my senior parents and they absolutely loved it. My husband is disabled so the walk-in shower was a plus. The only thing I would add is if there were grab bars installed by the toilet and inside the shower, it would be 100% handicapped accessible. That’s not a complaint, just a suggestion. The beds were so soft and comfortable. I don’t think I’ve ever slept better away from home.The owners responded quickly when I had a silly question and were very courteous. If you’re looking for a great (and quiet) place to stay that’s right in the middle of everything, this is the place you need to book! Looking forward to staying here again next soring.
The “Array” show is a MUST! Small theater, but FANTASTIC show!

Quite, cozy, and close

My wife, our 2 year old, and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was super clean and very nice. It was quiet, easy to get in and out of, and close to all of the attractions we enjoy. We loved the modern updates to the property as well. Justin was easy to communicate with and provided all of the information we needed before we had to ask. We will be staying here again.

Great property!

We always stay at Mountain View Condos. We loved this particular condo. It was very clean, probably the cleanest condo we've ever stayed in. My kids loved the checkers board and played frequently. The location is so convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge and just a quick drive to Gatlinburg. My kids always love the pool. Our only issue was very spotty internet service which prevented us from watching TV in the bedrooms, which utilized streaming services. Overall, it was great and we would definitely stay again.

Not the best

We have stayed at Mountain View Condos several times and always had a great experience. This stay was not as great as past stays. We arrived two hours early and was charged $50 to check in early, never have I had to pay for an early check in. Our room was on the third floor and when we arrived the elevator was not working. We had quite a bit of luggage and some of it was heavy so we had to carry it up three floors of stairs. This wasn’t easy because my husband and I both have back issues. It was finally fixed three days later. I work from my phone (content creator on Tik Tok) and while this was a vacation I still have to post on my social media and we had no internet and the WiFi didn’t work. This was very frustrating as we would have to leave and find somewhere in town with WiFi. The pool was cloudy every day we went down to it…bugs and hair floating around daily. The room was very clean other than there was a razor cover left on the bathroom counter. This was most likely our last stay at Mountainview as we feel the property has went downhill.

Great for Families

Property was clean, safe, family-friendly. Very quiet, nicely kept grounds, great amenities for kids. All appliances in perfect working order, plastic dishes & cups for kids (brilliant!), all cooking necessities were provided (minus the food), we saved a lot of time & money by making most of our meals. We loved having a code vs a key to get into the condo - never panicked about losing the key! Really enjoyed the large shower & deep bathtub after a day of hiking. Pull-out couch is great for family movie night! Communication with property management was incredibly easy, they were very helpful & incredibly attentive. I totally recommend this property & look forward to coming here again.
