Fully equipped with a gas range, microwave, full-size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and granite countertops with ample prep space. Includes a Keurig coffee maker and all essential cookware and utensils.

Laundry

Complimentary use of a full-size top-loading washer and dryer. Guests should bring their own detergent, as supplies may vary between stays.

This cabin offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, complete with a hot tub, washer and dryer, and all the modern amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. We are pet-friendly for most breeds!



Pet Policy: Please provide your pet’s breed, size, whether house-trained, and any other relevant information when booking. Pet fees apply and vary based on size and breed.



Wi-Fi/Internet: High-speed 5G internet is available, ideal for remote work, streaming, or online meetings. Speeds can reach up to 300 Mbps download and support up to 50 devices. Wi-Fi access is unlimited throughout your stay. If you experience connectivity issues, simply unplug and reconnect the router located in the main living area on the console by the lamps.



The Neighborhood:

The Cove is an intimate community of 10 cabins featuring a shared pool, playground/jungle gym, and picnic/grilling area. Conveniently located next to Gatlinburg Golf Course, it’s just a 5–10 minute drive to Dollywood and close to all the attractions Pigeon Forge has to offer.

Booking Requirements

Minimum Age: 25

Maximum Guests: 12; extra guest fee $30/night per person after 9th

Check-In/Out: 4 PM / 11 AM; late check-outs subject to fees

No smoking, drugs, illegal activity, loud parties, or unapproved pets/guests

Smoking allowed outside only

Violations may result in $100/day per extra guest and a $1,000+ damage fee for smoking or other damages

No open flames, fireworks, or candles



Nature & Wildlife

Bears: Do not feed or approach. Secure trash and vehicles. Bears are wild and can cause serious damage.



Outdoor Cleanliness: Please do not litter; additional fees may apply



Pests: Occasional insects (ladybugs, stink bugs) may appear despite pest control



Collaboration

We strive to make your stay 5-star. If issues arise (hot tub, appliances, supplies), please let us know—our team will work with you to resolve them quickly.



Utilities & Outages

Occasional power, Wi-Fi, or water interruptions may occur due to weather or other factors. No refunds for outages beyond our control.



Travel Protection

Recommended: “Cancel for any reason” travel insurance or our optional Vacation Guarantee for extra coverage



Weather / Winter Access

4WD/AWD Recommended in snow or ice. The Cove remains accessible, but no refunds for weather-related travel issues.



Pets

Keep food secure from bears; lock cars and cabins



Traffic Note

The cabin is near the road, so light traffic noise may be heard.



Pool Access: The community pool typically opens around Memorial Day and closes after Labor Day, weather permitting. There is no lifeguard, towels are not provided, and no pool pass is required.



Interaction with Guests:

We’re available by text or phone daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Check-in is self-service using a door code; the code will be provided 7 days before your arrival.



For emergencies outside of these hours, please call us first. For medical emergencies, always dial 911 immediately. If we cannot be reached, contact the appropriate emergency service—such as EMS, a locksmith, or other local help—depending on the situation.
