Great stay for family
The communications were excellent prior to our arrival and during. The property was very clean were provided everything we needed for a great stay with our family to feel at home. Loved the space to spead out and the area was so close to many things which made it nice.

Nice little cabin.
We stayed here for a family trip to Dollywood. Very well maintained property just a short drive(5 min or less) from everything in Pigeon Forge. It was nice to be close but not in the middle of the bustle on the main road. Overall pretty clean but probably due for a spring clean as there was some dust accumulated in the rafters and upper walls.

Everything was great no issues at all it was quiet and very peaceful. Even enjoyed the fireworks from Hollywood just wished the trees were clear across the street to see them better. The owner got back to us within a few minutes and very nice cabin

Great location, decent house
This property was located in a great area. Around the corner from Dollywood, the rocky top mountain coaster and only a few minutes to Ripken. Easy access to Teaster lane which made getting around a lot quicker so you can avoid the parkway. The bed in the loft was very uncomfortable. There was also no air conditioning vent up there so it was a little warm but the ceiling fan provided some relief. The shower controls were tricking and definitely need to be replaced. The house was clean when we arrived except for the floors. We had to go out and buy a swifter to clean them as they were covered in dust and dirt. All the appliances looked new. They also had all the utensils and cookware you could possibly need.

Wonderful cabin - convenient to attractions!
This is a wonderful cabin located just minutes from area attractions! It’s beautiful, very well equipped, and secluded from neighbors even though in a developed neighborhood. It’s located on a quiet street with not much traffic. We enjoyed listening to the train whistle from nearby Dollywood!

It was a well laid out & the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Cushy mattress toppers & luxurious sheets made resting effortless. This is HUGE considering most nights my husband wakes with a throbbing back ache when we travel.

Cabin was as pictured and in a quiet area that was more of a residential neighborhood. We did have a visitor… a bear which was an experience for the grandkids. Clean and well stocked. Would stay here again. Easy check in and great communication with the hosts.

Tried calling the property manager/owner to see if by chance we could get into the cabin a couple hours early since we were already in town and found our cabin location. Got a voicemail, so I left a message. I did not get a return phone call at all. A courtesy call would have been nice. The main floor bathroom exhaust fan does not work properly, and the toilet seat shifts, so it pinches your leg if not careful. Found some dog hair on the couches, but that is to be expected I guess from a pet-friendly cabin. We did see a couple ants on the kitchen counters, but there were several a traps that had been placed throughout the kitchen. Enjoyed the pool table downstairs, the hot tub on the lower deck, and the porch swings on the front porch. Definitely not secluded. We didn’t see any wildlife, but saw evidence of a raccoon’s muddy paw prints on the lower deck, and had a woodpecker pay us a visit in the late afternoon knocking on the roof. And, we could hear the very loud train whistle from Dollywood, and the loud speaker announcements from the RockyTop Mountain Coaster ride. But, we did like how close and convenient it was from town.

First Trip to TN
First Trip to TN. Clean, comfortable rooms and dog friendly! The game room was great when we came back from a long day at Pigeon Forge and Gaitlingburg. Restaurants as grocery store 5-7 min away and if you bring your pets there is a wonderful paved trail beside the Island of PF we walked our pups every morning. 5 min from cabin. We can't wait to visit again

We rented this for a girls trip to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge and couldn’t have been happier! The house was tastefully decorated, well stocked, clean and overall just what we needed! I would stay here again next time we’re in town.

Excellent Honey Bear
I’m retired military, so I’ll tell how it is. Pro: Spotless three-level. We’ll equipped. Convenient to town area. Easy check in check out. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Recommend. We intend to come back to the Honey Bear. Minus: Not secluded. Curb side trash can was already full. Toilets are extremely low for tall or old persons - no grab bars. No extra trash bags. No ice maker in fridge, just one plastic ice tray. Very steep driveway, no turn around.

The cable for the tv was out. Tried calling property managers which are the owners but never got in touch with them. Someone that works with them called me but they could not tell me anything. I feel somebody should have called cable company or satélite company . I feel like they knew something was wrong but did not want to tell me .
