The property is surrounded by a vast fenced park of approximately 2 hectares, featuring manicured lawns, olive groves, and lush vegetation.

The outdoor spaces offer a true haven of relaxation, highlighted by a beautiful private pool (7 x 14 m, depth from 1 to 2.7 m), open from May 15th to October 15th. Surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, the pool provides the perfect setting for unwinding, soaking up the sun, and enjoying refreshing swims in the peaceful Tuscan countryside.

Next to the pool, you will find a spacious gazebo furnished with a large dining table, the ideal spot for open-air dinners and unforgettable moments shared under the Tuscan sky.

Guests also have access to ample parking areas that can accommodate up to 12 cars, as well as a convenient wood-fired oven and barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious grilled meals in good company, surrounded by the calm and beauty of nature.

Internal Description

Villa Madonnuccia is spread over 5 floors and can accommodate up to 11 people, has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. 2 high chairs and 1 baby cot are available on request. Pets are allowed on request.

Ground floor: Upon entering the villa, guests are welcomed by a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals together. Amenities include a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, a large dining table, and a charming fireplace. From the kitchen, there is direct access to the outside area with a wood-fired oven, ideal for baking pizzas and enjoying rustic outdoor dinners.

First floor: A short staircase of just three steps leads to the first floor, which is also accessible from the outside via a balcony equipped with a large dining table and chairs, ideal for open-air meals. This level features a bright and inviting living area, tastefully furnished with large sofas, armchairs, a second fireplace, and a dining space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Mezzanine: At this level, you’ll find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower). A staircase from here leads up to the corridor of the upper floor.

Second floor: This floor includes another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower). Along the corridor, there are two additional bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with both shower and bathtub, serving the upper floor bedrooms.

Third floor: On this level, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both located along the corridor, perfect for families or groups of friends.

Attic: In the charming attic, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a three-quarter bed, ideal as a private space for the younger guests.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (50.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
