« I chose this apartment for its location primarily and it was a hit. Since we were traveling and staying for two weeks with a toddler and a new baby I was looking for it to also have an outdoor space, and it was wonderful as seen in the pictures. For personal reasons I had to change my dates a few days before my booking was coming up, the hosts had no problem to accommodate my needs. « This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again. »

« I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take...

« We loved our stay! The property is open, light, well-equipped, super clean and comfortable. The only slight complaint I have is that the property was listed as 4 minutes from Columbia, but it took us at least 15 minutes by taxi/uber. Still, worth the trip. We really enjoyed our stay! »

« This location did not have anything close by in regards of places to eat or drink. However, it was spotless and looked just like it was advertised! My daughter n I felt very safe the whole stay. It’s just a short walk from 2 subway trains which made it very easy to get into the city! We did take an Uber at night to get back—-cost less than $40—to ensure safety. I would definitely stay there again! »

« Listing was not as advertised, in an unsafe neighborhood, requested separate rental agreement (which would be fine) but an additional requirement for card documentation for their file, implying a duplicate charge. When I tried to cancel our 5 night stay (online, via phone, and through email) after nearly being accosted by 3 strangers upon our entry, I was immediately denied and told 'no refund', 'can't cancel' and 'its not known (locally) as a safe place'. Ridiculously poor customer service...

« My daughter and I came into town for a couple of Yankees games. Saturday we went into Rimes Square. My husband (her father) died in February 2024 and we needed a couple of days away from home just to recharge. Our hotel provided a home feeling in a hotel room. Thank you so much!!! »
