Only thing that needs improvement is communication - our flight was delayed by 24hrs and my four different attempts at contacting the hotel received no response. Looking forward to returning again soon.'

'We took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and checked in with Nicole, who was very helpful and friendly. We had a large room on the quiet 6th floor that was extremely clean and well appointed. The hotel was very clean and the decor was beautiful. We had breakfast in the morning which was the standard breakfast fare. It was average but adequate. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend Hampton Inn Briar Creek to everyone.'

'Hampton is my go to when I’m on the road. The room was nice as always. My only issue is that in this location, the hallway on the 3rd floor smelled horrible, very musty. Other than that very nice. '
