Excellent stay!

This property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, backyard and pool were EXCELLENT, and property is centrally located to so many amenities in the Phoenix area. The host was very responsive to questions both before and during our stay. We will certainly stay here again!

Everything was great! The house was just as described, it was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. One bed was missing sheets and the owner responded by sending us new ones immediately. The house was in a good location and close to many things. The only hiccup was that the door code didn’t work and this issue was never resolved, we used the garage entrance for the stay. Keurig was also broken. House does need new pool toys (ie noodles were all broken apart)

My six kids and girlfriend had srayed for 3 nights at this location. It was clean, well kept on outside as well as inside home. Close to arrowhead mall and had restaurants that where very close as well.

Great experience!

We had a great time with family at this stay. From the cleanliness of the house to the games and activities outside, everything was more than expected. The pool was great and not too deep that we were able to play basketball and our little ones were able to swim without concerns (with their life jackets). Overall, 10/10 experience!

Nice place, heated pool extra $$

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and nice. It was in a great location. We did feel like the title of the home is deceiving as it says “heated pool” in the house title but you have to notify them ahead of time and pay an extra fee to heat it. This was all at the very bottom of the listing so was easy to miss. We realized the day of check in. We went in late May and the pool was perfect temperature anyways. If you stay in cooler months you will probably want it heated and need to notify them and pay the fee.

We rented this property for a second time because it is in a great location to visit our family in Phoenix. We had so much fun again this year staying at this house. The house is great, fully stocked and the kids just love the pool. It’s a perfect place for our family to stay. Brandon is very easy to work with and a great host. Hope we can continue to stay each year we visit!

Excellent stay

Our weekend stay at this listing was amazing. From how clean & organized the house was, to great communication from the host. The booking process was also very easy & straight forward. My friends & I used the pool as well as barbecued during our stay & didn’t have one complaint. The bedding & bathroom organization was very clean and sanitary. Very spacious as well. However, we were a bit confused with one of the bedrooms. The pull out couch/room wasn’t specifically listed on the information given. It is located aside the bathroom that is found inside the master bedroom. Although that wasn’t a big issue for us, I’d definitely recommend to specify on that. Overall, 10/10 stay!!

Family Stay

Perfect vacation home

The home was spacious and comfortable for my family. The property was very clean which made it easy for us to come in after a long drive and make ourselves at home. CBC The host Brandon was very responsive. When we were unable to get the gate open, he was over within 10 minutes to help get us in. The pool was a perfect temperature for the chilly nights.

Perfect get-a-way

The yard does not disappoint, soft under foot and a great place to play. The pool was the perfect size for our family and paying extra to heat it in February was $ well spent. The neighborhood location is great and central to golf courses and spring baseball. Grocery store is super close, and the frig. Was a good size for our family's needs. Washer and dryer are super size, perfect for pool towels and our personal stuff for the week. The BBQ and fire table with seating was enjoyed each evening. And coffee on the patio watching the sun rise was our morning routine. Brandon was very accessible and communicated regularly. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely Perfect Vacation 10+ Stars!

I rented this property for me and my daughters to escape snowy winter weather and invited my sister and her kids to join us. Sometimes you see all the pretty pictures and you show up and it’s not what it seems. This was not the case. Brandon had very reasonable rules and very easy check in (we arrived in the middle of the night, half asleep and no issues). There was a coffee bar with multiple choices, hair and body soap in every bathroom, a portable fan in almost every room, even garbage bags and laundry soap were supplied! The pool can be heated, the lights change color, and the yard games are wonderful as well! There were a few small maintenance things that we messaged Brandon about and he was taking care of it so not an issue! Finally, the beds were some of the most comfortable I have slept in ever, everyone in my family agreed. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Great property, very clean, very much as advertised. The only slight asterisk I would say, if your staying in the winter, be advised that if you pay to have the pool heated, it took a little over 2 days for it to get to a swimmable temperature.
