The property consists of one main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus 4 private one-bedroom units, each with its own entrance.
Each main house and apartment unit is stocked with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and body wash for your convenience.
Parking is easy, with available spaces in the driveways on the north and west sides of the property. Please note, there is no garage on the property. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for both driveways and on-street spaces.
You’ll also enjoy high-speed internet throughout and a seamless self-check-in process via Smart Lock, ensuring a stress-free arrival.
The main house and units are designed to offer both privacy and shared enjoyment, making it a perfect place for groups, families, and extended stays.
The host is available via phone, text, or booking platform messaging. Guest communication is always available 8am-9pm PST, but may not be available overnight. A text and booking platform is preferred and is likely to give quicker responses.
