A true oasis!

Super large backyard with everything you could want, amazing! Comfortable beds and very clean.house Kitchen well stocked with utensils and condiments. Would stay again. If you’re looking for a peaceful vacation place this is it!

Beautiful Oasis

Entire stay was amazing. House was very clean and updated. Back yard is a dream. Pool was clean and perfect. Hot tub was great on cool nights. Tv on back porch was amazing to keep up with games on tv. We would definitely stay here again.

It would have been nice if the outdoor lighting back by the pool would have worked and the pool lights themselves as we would have liked to enjoy it in the evening. The games on the patio did not work either. It was otherwise a great property!!

Holiday getaway

We stayed with our 3 adult children and son in law. Very well, and comfortably appointed home with space to gather and privacy. We enjoyed the outdoor pool area. Kitchen and outdoor kitchen were great. While location may be too remote for someone seeking nightlife, it was great for us allowing a short drive in almost any direction for hiking and outdoor activities.. Property was very clean and everything was in good working condition. Checking in and out was smooth and easy. All questions were promptly answered. We would definitely stay here again if property was available.

Best Christmas Ever

We just had a wonderful pre-Christmas Christmas with our family at this beautiful home. The grounds are simply amazing, and even though it’s December, we couldn’t help spending most of our time out there enjoying the fire pits, jacuzzi, corn hole, or just lounging about. A couple of us did a polar plunge in the pool, but it wasn’t of use at this time of year other than that; but even with not being able to swim, it’s lovely to enjoy the sparkling water with its waterfall. The only problem we had is that the propane was not attached for the fire pits and it took some time to figure that out; also, the instructions stated that we needed a small key to operate the in-ground fire pit, but that key was nowhere to be found. It turns out that keys are universal and we were able to use the fireplace key for the fire pit. The only other we issue was there was no propane for the fireplace, so we had to wait a few days before the technician could come out and get us set up, but the rental company was very responsive and it all turned out just fine. The interior of the house is beautifully decorated with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. I would love to come back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool. Thank you for an awesome vacation!

Private and spacious

We stayed here for a staycation with my kids. We loved the house and decor. We’d hoped the pool was cleaner but we were able to use the skimmers to clean out the bugs and leaves. The filters were full of debris as well. It was monsoon season so some debris was expected. They have umbrellas for the pool and lounge chairs which were awesome. The house overall was nice and spacious. The kitchen appliances are really nice. The sheets are clean and beds are comfy. The master shower head is covered in hard water build up and sprayed water so hard it was almost painful to use. There was some miscommunication with the management company on our departure but it was resolved. We have yet to receive our deposit back though even after 12 days after check out.

AMAZING!! INCREDIBLE!!

This place was absolutely wonderful! We had an amazing time together. Bed were comfortable, pool was plenty big, outdoor space was wonderful...corn hole, giant jenga, hammock, lounging bed and loungers, pool toys, spices, everything you need in the kitchen, pool table....it was exactly how the owners presented it. Communication was phenomenal!!! You HAVE to stay here!

Very good bordering on perfect

Very good overall experience and we would repeat and recommend to others. I thought the pool was heated and that was clarified week before arrival. I thought there were 3 full baths not 2.5. Fridge in the garage is unusable. Our 6 & 7 yr olds required a dermatology visit and minor care attributed to the hot tub. We only found one fire pit and it was unusable due to flames around the connection. Outdoor tv inoperative without electricity. Remarkable pool, fountain, and multiple outdoor lounge areas with nice furniture. Management was very caring and responsive. This is a beautiful home and perfect for our needs. The above will be rectified and we would absolutely choose it again. Very well appointed, quality home, well stocked kitchen with quality cooking tools, beautifully decorated in a semi rural like location yet easy drive to the Biltmore, Old Scottsdale, Tahliesin West Museum, and Kieriand Square areas. Ideal and will be perfect with the above changes.

North Phoenix oasis!

This incredible property is just north of the hustle and bustle of Phoenix. Situated in a quieter neighborhood with ample amenities (grocery, restaurants, etc) within a 10 minute drive. The house and yard are amazing and very well appointed. The pictures are very accurate. Abundant supply of bedding, bath towels and pool towels., yard games, pool floats and stocked kitchen. Two of the excursions we enjoyed were just a short drive from the property (Western Off Road ATV & Arizona Hot Air Balloons). Communication with the property manager was prompt and pleasant. A+ experience. Would absolutely recommend and rent again!

Great house & amenities in Northern Phoenix

House was as advertised and very nicely equipped. The outdoor setting was excellent with all the amenities - hot tub, pool, gas fire pit, gas grill, etc. you could ask for. Inside, the home was very comfortable and had all the cooking utensils and other amenities you'd hope for. Nice location a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks for a great stay!
