We had a wonderful stay! Our host, Ina, was very responsive to questions and made sure everything met our expectations! The house was very clean and well maintained. Our beds and living areas were very comfortable. The house was well set up for my family and I to enjoy the space. I highly recommend staying at this house! Thank you, Ina!

Beautiful house in a convenient location

The house was clean and well-maintained, the beds were very comfortable (seemed like newer mattresses) and the location was very convenient for our needs. The kitchen was well appointed. And, we enjoyed using the home gym (quite a perk!) every day. There is a lot of shopping a short distance away (Sprouts, Whole Foods, Safeway, Natural Grocer) and a pharmacy around the corner. The pool was heated which we enjoyed when the evening temps were still cool. The property owners were responsive and helpful when we had questions. Since we were there for a longer stay, I did bring my own sheets and I'm glad I did as the house sheets were not 100% cotton which I prefer. The house is very spacious and comfortable and I would recommend it for anyone staying in the north Phoenix area.

Perfect Family Rental

Everything about the house was exactly as described in the listing if not better. It was perfect for our family for the week, including our toddler who had the best time in the back yard. We are looking forward to booking our next stay!

Wonderful stay!

We spent a week with family and had a great time! The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was wonderful with the open space and it was very well stocked with everything we needed! Beds were comfortable. The outdoor space was very relaxing! Thanks!

Great stay

Ina was great with communication and accommodating with questions on the pool. We all had our own rooms with comfortable king beds. The outdoor space was great for relaxing and grilling. We’d look at staying here again.

Wonderful

We stayed in this home during spring training so we could catch a few games in the area. This home had plenty of room and was exactly what we wanted in a home rental. We are from the midwest so being able to sit outside next to the pool and look at the amazong fruit trees was a plus.Location was close to many resturants and grocery stores.Nice and quiet neighborhood. We would love to stay at this property again in the bear future.

Loved it!

Good Value

We stayed 5 nights during our granddaughter's spring break 2025. House was clean and looked recently remodeled. Heated pool was a big hit with our granddaughters. Convenient to shopping and dining. Only negative was the BBQ grill. It was too dirty to use. Glad I brought grilling sheets from home.

Lovely spacious home with great outdoor features

We had a perfect stay in this home which is both very nicely appointed, but also comfy for families with kids. We had our pups along and the fenced yard was great. We spent a lot of time poolside, since the pool is heated. Our host Ina was very helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Home with Pool

The owner was very helpful prior to our arrival with property, neighborhood and activities information. The house, beds, pool and yard were great. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood with ease of access to activities and services that are within walking distance and within 20 minutes by car. The house had adequate supplies, comfortable furniture, good AC and fans as well as a great heated pool and adjacent yard.

Property was everything we expected ! The host was so gracious - we had booked for the year earlier and had to cancel at the last minute due a family emergency so they gave us a credit for the current stay which they did not have to do - thank you so much !

Thanksgiving in Phoenix

This property was amazing. The hosts were kind and quick to respond to questions, etc. There was everything and more that we needed to be comfortable and have agreat time. Not to mention everything that we needed to prepare our own Thanksgiving feast right there. Great pool and backyard. Excellent beds, etc. Also, the hosts were kind enough to mail my sons AirPods that he left back to us. Thank you Ina and Alexander. We will be back.

I was crying during check-out because I didn't want to leave

OK, maybe not bawling, but very - very sad that I had to leave this amazingly gorgeous property that I hope to visit again very soon. Ina was very communicative and the actual property was even more amazing in real life. The pictures don't do justice. I stayed with my family and my sister-in-law's family and the property pretty much had everything you could think of to make it the perfect vacation. I even brought floaties and had to say "no" to some swim toys for my kids - but fear not, Ina had all necessary gadgets in the pool box and the night time swimming with the lights were just such a costal resort feel - but you have all of that to yourself - complete privacy! If I can go on typing up an entire brochure about this place - I can probably do that. The place was immaculately clean and the layout/design was like from a home magazine. Was there an interior designer who did this? If you're contemplating about booking this property with Ina, DON'T! Perfect location for everything you need - with the perfect property. Now I need to go work like crazy for the next few months so I can save up for another vacation like this. Thank you so much for hosting us!!!

Sweet Scottsdale Landing Pad

Our family loved staying at this house. Great location and neighborhood, very quiet and convenient. Well stocked, large kitchen. The pool and patio are fantastic. Great atmosphere for hanging out and rejuvenating after a morning hike. Lots of room to spread out and the added bonus of a well equipped workout room! Host is very responsive and helpful. We would love to stay here again if we are back in the area.

Great Stay! Only a few notes to consider.

The stay was great, overall. Wonderful property with great features. We loved the pool and all the seating options around it. The only downfalls: we had trouble with the system they installed on all plugs for operating lights (some lights had to be held down a few seconds to turn on, others wouldn't operate no matter what we did). The pool guy showed up in the backyard while we were swimming, without us knowing in advance. The hairdryers in each bathroom caused breakers to flip leaving us without power in each bathroom - and we the breaker box is locked away. BUT - the manager was *very* quick to respond and activate a solution within an hour or so. They were very responsive the entire duration of our trip and ensured everything was addressed. The property was nicely furnished, clean, great pool and amenities, and overall it was a really positive experience! We would stay again =)

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the "Paradise Valley Village". The home is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to all the area's attractions, restaurants, parks, and shops. The home was well-kept and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private oasis and pool in the backyard were simply perfect and we enjoyed picking fresh oranges from the tree in the yard for juice and snacking. I would highly recommend and hope to stay there again soon!
