Perfect hub for Old Town Scottsdale, Golf, Sporting Events & Camelback

Just renovated and stunning! This Arcadia home is set up with everything you'll want to enjoy your time in Phoenix, from a large heated pool to an amazing outdoor entertaining fireplace and grill area. Plus it is in the heart of everything! - just minutes to Old Town Scottsdale, Camelback Mountain, Phoenix sporting venues, downtown, golf courses, Fashion Square & the Biltmore area.
Our home was just renovated in 2019. This is our 2nd home, so it's been designed with that in mind, it's not your typical vacation rental. The main living area was opened up for entertaining, very high end kitchen with Quartz counter tops, huge breakfast bar, wine cooler & 5 burner gas stove. Very well stocked kitchen for cooking. Designer dim-able lighting through out, wood burning fire place inside and outside, Sonos sound system, luxury linens in all bedrooms and very artistic art all through out. The home is very bright and most windows look out to the pool. The large back yard has a 6 foot deep pool, fireplace, grill, bar dining table, sectional sofa, heaters and grass. The entire yard is fenced, and there is child safety fencing for the pool area.
It's a quick walk to many restaurants, drinking spots, coffee and shopping and stunning views.
The pool is heated by a heat pump. It was installed 10/20. Once the outside temperature gets below 45 degrees it cannot heat & the pool will not be warm under those circumstances. Pool equipment can also be fickle & sometimes give you trouble. The pool is serviced weekly & if there is an issue I will do everything I can to get it up & running immediately, but some things are beyond my control. Please book keeping this in mind when booking.

Absolutely no glass is ever allowed in or around the pool. If glass is broken, and the pool needs to be cleaned, guest will assume cost.

Great and comfortable stay!

We were all impressed with this property and it's location. It was near to many places that we wanted to visit. The home was very comfortable and well set up and the indoor decor was beautiful. Beds were nice and comfortable. Outdoors was spacious and plenty of room for all of us to hang out. The kitchen was spacious and this is where we spent most of our time; our adult children love to cook so we chatted the entire time as they prepared out beautiful meals. We would stay here again. We didn't get to use the pool as it was a bit chilly outdoors during our stay. Thank you!

Great Place

We stayed here and had a baby shower for our son and daughter-in-law. Excellent place for entertaining with room for everyone to enjoy eating, drinking and opening gifts! The first day we were there the AC was frozen and it was very warm...110 degrees outside and 85 in the house. That was miserable but David was very responsive to our contacting him. He told us what to do and got a AC repairman out there ASAP. The house did cool down and the rest of our stay was wonderful. David was great to work with and very quick to respond and helpful!

We have stayed in different places in Arizona and really enjoyed staying in Arcadia Light. The location was central to most areas. The house was bright and comfortable. Not only did we enjoying relaxing and soaking up the sun, but the lights were great for working remotely!

Clean and bright

More spacious than we were expecting as a family of four. Beautifully decorated, modern space. Nice outdoor area with a heated pool that we took advantage of. The neighborhood was a mix of nice, fixed-up homes and some sketchy houses, but we felt comfortable walking to the nearby coffeehouse, Sip, each morning with our kids. It’s a pretty quick drive to downtown Scottsdale, hiking trails, and the botanical gardens/zoo area. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Great house!

Loved this house! Was perfect for our family and a long weekend in the sunshine. Finishes were beautiful and backyard was so enjoyable with the pool and fire pit! Felt safe with the gate around the pool with our small children and loved the location.

The house is very clean and the neighborhood is quiet. We walked most nights we were there. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals and the wine fridge was a plus! The owner was responsive to all our questions and small issues we had while staying there.

Wow!

We had a GREAT stay at this property! David’s home is absolutely beautiful, even better in person than in the pictures! Not only is the home beautiful, but it is packed with amenities....every little detail has been thought of. I do think it’s worth the mention, there is a fence around the pool. That was a wonderful surprise for us, as we had our dog with us and didn’t have to worry about him getting into the pool area. Thank you for an incredible stay!
