This townhome is stunning! It’s cozy and welcoming. When I couldn’t find any coffee pods, the staff responded immediately and arranged to have a box delivered from a nearby store. I would love to stay here again!

We had a great four night stay. Got good use of the courts right next to condo and met up with family staying at the Biltmore Resort.

Elegant property and immaculate cleanliness. Didn’t spend much time aside from sleeping but thoroughly enjoyed the home's decor and style. Great view of the green to get motivated for golf!

This was a great place to stay during our trip to Phoenix. The condo was in a nice quiet area, gate protected and felt very safe. Near a small mountain with beautiful hikes, great restaurants and shopping. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. Check in was slightly complicated only because there were so many emails ahead of time, some of the needed gate codes etc to get in were hard to find. Once that was figured out it was great! Would definitely stay again.

Second-floor unit with short (7-steps) outside entry staircase. Very comfortable bed in quiet secure (3 access codes!) central Phoenix location. Shared garage kept the car cooler. Although the owner is very responsive, booking also involves an officious property management company. Just up the hill is the Wrigley mansion offering an interesting guided tour. Try The Collins small batch kitchen for excellent casual dining, or Blanco for delicious inventive Mexican fare.

We had an excellent stay at this VRBO and would absolutely book it again! The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. It was stocked with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. There were plenty of cookware, utensils, and kitchen gadgets, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay.The location was one of the biggest highlights. It's just a short 7-minute walk to the Arizona Biltmore Hotel, which was perfect for attending our event without having to worry about driving or parking. The neighborhood felt convenient and made it easy to explore the surrounding area as well.The host was gracious, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful before and throughout our stay, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.If you're looking for a clean, well-equipped, comfortable VRBO in a fantastic location near the Arizona Biltmore, we highly recommend this property. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Phoenix!
