The studio is attached to my home and has a separate entrance with a small covered seating area where you can enjoy coffee or lounge. It features a “Mexican shower” (see pictures) with a kitchenette. It includes a queen sized bed with a premium Casper mattress, a dining/desk area, and full closet to store your items. It also has a Dyson fan and noise machine.

Forget what you thought you knew about VRBO, this listing sets a new bar for comfort and style.

Important things to note:

-The studio is separate from the main home and attached to my house. The entrance to the studio is on the side of my home in the driveway.
-Because the studio is attached, sometimes a bit of noise and cooking smells can travel during normal hours.
-As noted above, the studio features a "Mexican shower" (see pictures); because of this setup, the water pressure is sufficient, but it’s not as strong as you would find in a typical shower setup.
-I reside on the property (main home) as well as other tenants/guests. I’ve designed the property to maximize privacy. Everyone’s friendly, so say hello if you’d like!
-The kitchenette features a 2-burner countertop stove
-The listing comes with one parking spot on the premises, but plenty street parking is available as well.
-The studio doesn’t have its own thermostat; the temperature is set at 78 degrees. As noted above, a Dyson fan and a heater are available in the space.
-The listing doesn’t include access to laundry on stay less than 1-month; bookings longer than 1-month have access to laundry.
-We kindly request to refrain from sending mail/delivery of any items to the house address. This request is to prevent any inconvenience from both parties, as we've encountered issues with mail delivery before and we want to make sure that your valuables will get to you safely in due time.
-We have three exterior cameras on the property. One is positioned at the back, capturing the hallway, and another is located at the entrance. All cameras are placed outside and do not capture any private spaces.
