The space

Welcome to your new home away from home with this charming 3 bedroom 2 bath mission style bungalow. Open the curtains and let the soft natural light in or shut the blackout shades to catch some z's. Whether you are in town for business or pleasure this is the place for you with its convenient location, luxurious amenities, and classic decor. This single level property is great for business travelers, convention attendees, family vacations, couples, parents visiting ASU students, traveling medical professionals, road trippers, house hunters, local Phoenicians from the "burbs" wanting to see a late show or fellow Arizonans with an early flight the next morning.

All three bedrooms have feather down comforters, soft sheets, multiple pillows, and extra blankets. All bedrooms have windows on 2 walls and fill the room with soft natural light in the morning and evenings but are also equipped with blackout curtains if you prefer to sleep in. All rooms have heat/AC and TV with access to streaming services including netflix, and night tables with reading lights.

Bedroom 1: This is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, large dresser and sofa. It has its own wing of the house and private en suite with a claw foot bathtub, walk in shower, private water closet, double vanity, and a large closet.

Bedrooms 2 &3: The opposite wing of the house has 2 bedrooms and a common bathroom. Both of these bedrooms have queen beds, dresser, and closets. The bathroom has a full bathtub/shower.

Both bathrooms are stocked with soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, lotion, hair dryers, plus other essential personal care necessities.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and granite counter tops. Fully equipped, comes with:

K Cups and Nespresso Pods
Full set of dishes plates, cups, silverware
Wine glasses, beer glasses, champagne glasses
Set of sharp knives & cutting boards
Plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils

Workspace: We provide a work space with a desk and chair for a business minded traveler in the main living area as well as wifi throughout the house.

Outdoor area: Our paved garden patio area comes with outdoor table and sectional with a fire pit for enjoying the Phoenix weather all year round.

Laundry: Full sized washer and dryer as well as detergent, iron, and steamer so you can look your best.

Free parking in the driveway.

Extra guests can be accommodated on air mattress or cribs by request. Please inquire for special requests including, personal butler, car service, stocked fridge, private chef, in home yoga, etc

Guest access

Guests enter the property via electronic door code provided prior to arrival.

Guests will have access to the entire property including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, front patio, backyard, and driveway.

Other things to note

We do not accept guests under 25 without a family relation booking and in residence for the booking period.

No minors may be present as guests without their parents or a relation (Aunt, Uncle or Grandparent only)

The booking guest must be present overnight during the booking period.

No absentee bookings or bookings for third parties are allowed.

This is a quiet neighborhood. No loud music or noise is permitted after 9 pm without prior permission.

No groups may assemble on the property without prior permission. This includes but is not limited to fundraisers, baby showers, birthdays or any similar gathering or activity.

No parties or events are allowed without prior permission and payment of a separate additional fee (minimum $200 depending on request). The listed nightly rate does not apply to parties or events of any kind.

Unauthorized parties or events will be assessed an additional minimum fee of $350 for additional cleaning (carpets, extra maid services, landscaping cleanup, etc.) and remediation. If more cleaning is required the amount will reflect the extra service beyond $350.

Guests who conduct illicit parties will he asked to leave. Refusal to abandon the home under these circumstance will result in law enforcement assistance.

This nightly rental does not convey a tenancy nor any tenants rights.

We provide a grill for guest enjoyment. However, guests are advised that cleaning of the grill is not provided by our cleaning service. We ask guests to thoroughly clean the grill when finished. Leave it “as good or better” than you found it would be appreciated so we can continue to offer it. A fee for grill cleaning of $25 can be made if the grill is not cleaned.
