Everything we needed under one roof

From the comfy beds to the great kitchen to the fun backyard and pool, it was the perfect place for our family get together! Easy access to restaurants, shopping, and spring training ball games too!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property was stunning and impeccably clean—clearly well cared for in every detail. The bedrooms were comfortable, everything functioned exactly as needed, and the home truly felt welcoming. The host went above and beyond by accommodating our request to host a bridal shower on the property and even provided tables and chairs, which made the experience seamless and stress-free. We encountered no issues at all during our stay. This was hands down the best rental experience I’ve had in years, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend this property to others.

This home was a 10 out of 10!!! Our whole experience from the booking, check in, stay and graciousness of our host exceeded all expectations! The property was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The host, Carmen, was very attentive and easy to communicate with. She was also very accommodating and let us view the property prior to our reserved date. Check-in was painless and checkout was also very easy! I would absolutely rent out this property again. Wonderfully convenient for wedding event at Global Ambassador, with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. A very responsive and pleasant host was much appreciated. Living space was spacious and very comfortable. Would return if another occasion brings us to this area.

First trip to Arizona

This was only our second time booking a stay thru VRBO and this house did not disappoint! Our experience was seamless and Carmen was amazing! House was spotless, we had everything we needed and more! Engagement Party

This was the most perfect property to host our engagement party at. The house had everything we could possibly need, even a balloon inflator! The kitchen was very spacious and perfect for hosting. Bedrooms are large and guests that stayed the night said they were very impressed with the comfort. Backyard is spacious and the double sliding glass doors are beautiful. Host was easy to reach and very kind. I would recommend this listing to anyone.

The Ultimate VRBO Experience

We love in life for our expectations to be dramatically exceeded. Everything about the property was beyond perfect. Location to Biltmore Fashion Park, short distance from Scottsdale, view of Camelback Mountain from the house, and easy access to everything in Phoneix that is important. The 6 guests (all family attending a funeral) were completely blown away by the cleanliness, quality of beds and bathrooms/showers, and the sitting area near the pool were just a few of the over-the-top comments to me. The comfort and quality of the furniture (long nap on the leather couch), and the size and quality of the TVs made for fantastic sports and movie escapes. The window coverings in each bedroom kept the room dark for those wanting to sleep in. Last, but certainly not least, our host Carman could not have been more accommodating of our every request to make the stay perfect for the family attending my wife's mother's funeral. If you are going to Phoenix with a group, you can count on this 5+ star property to guarantee to create a lasting memory. John & Nancy
