This home is conveniently located in the East Falls neighborhood of Philadelphia with easy access to downtown, the suburbs, and many of the nearby colleges including Villanova, Haverford, Rosemont, Drexel, Temple and University of Pennsylvania.

This is a 4 bedroom townhome located in the desirable neighborhood of East Falls.

Upon entering the home, the first floor is the kitchen and the living room. There is a half bathroom on this floor.

On the next floor, you have two bedrooms and an office. Each bedroom has a queen bed

On the third floor is the primary bedroom with a king bed and access to the roof deck.

In the basement is the garage and the gym.

Please note there is an additional $50 pet fee per pet per night. All pets must be approved prior to booking.

For bookings 28 days or longer, utilities are covered up to $200 per month. Any overages will be charged back to the guest.
After booking, guests must authorize a security deposit or pay a damage waiver.
The rental agreement must be signed and we must conduct an ID check before providing check-in details
To ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone, all guests must follow the rules below:

No parties or events.
No drugs or illegal activity.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana anywhere on the property or within 25 feet of the building.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM.
Registered guests only; no unapproved visitors or overnight guests.
Keep the home clean and report any damage immediately.
All guests must be 25+.
We do not rent to Philadelphia residents.
