'Property was perfect for a weekend getaway with my siblings to see a Phillies game. Property was exactly as depicted in photos. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Well stocked with coffee and tea options. Bedrooms are perfect size with comfortable mattress and bedding. TV’s in every room. Location was surprisingly very quiet. 'Great spot for a weekend with friends! A group of us stayed here for a weekend and the house was perfect for our needs; bedrooms were spacious for 8 adults, the outdoor patio was perfect for Saturday brunch, and the roof deck was great for watching the sunsets. The house is was ideally located; a quick drive to the stadiums in South Philly and walkable to Passyunk. Ryan was a great host; very responsive and the house was stocked with all the essentials for our stay. '
