'We liked the vibe of this hotel. Different than most USA hotels. The room was spacious and well equipped. Be aware that there is a construction site right next to the hotel, so it can be a little noisy at times. Breakfast is very basic and crowded at times. Staff is friendly!'

'The place is beautiful with wonderful amenities like a hot tub and spa. It's also very well located in town -- quiet, but close to everything. Best of all the staff are friendly and helpful. We had a small plumbing problem in our room and Vinton, the handyman, was there within 2 minutes of our call. The problem was fixed within 5. Very impressive. Additionally, the free breakfasts and afternoon appetizers and win are delicious and plentiful. '

'All staff were super friendly and helpful. Room on 8th floor was huge, corner room, good views and could just see the ocean. We were disappointed the 15th floor bar and restaurant was closed the evening we were there. But plenty of restaurants just 10 to 20 minutes walk down to the old port area. Some areas, especially the exterior, need some tlc!'

'Enough parking space. Felt welcome and after a quick passport check we got a room. Room was close to the elevator and the ice vending machine, but that was ok. Room is not so spacious, the airco a bit loud, but that is what a budget formula does… ok for a night.'

'Liked most everything about our 5- night stay. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Also special shout out to Maggie (GSM) who resolved an issue quickly and to our satisfaction. Only negative I can think of is the Housekeeping staff needs to do a better job with cleaning the room. Especially since ours was a longer stay. '

'We came here for my daughters sweet 16 birthday party. We enjoyed the restaurant ambiance. The made to order omelets were delicious in the morning. The staff was very attentive to our needs. The pool was warm, and its a little over 5 feet deep but it doesn't have a hot tub. The fitness room is superb. Various equipments. The bathroom was very small but it's a full size bathroom. For me the queen size bed was hard as a rock (uncomfortable) but my company liked there bed. For noise level was ok...

'We took the hotel shuttle from the airport and could walk everywhere in the old port area. Upgraded breakfast was quite good, with fresh and hot options daily. 'Just spent a week here for our first trip to Maine. The location was amazing as there were dozens of shops and restaurants just outside the front door and within a two to three block radius.
