'House was situated a perfect distance from many major areas. Quiet street and lake. Note: appears that this lake is a “no wake” lake and public ramp is NOT made for real boats on trailers. That being said, it was perfect for paddle board or kayak. We had brought our own inflatable boards but house had one already waiting along with an inflatable kayak. 'We were looking for a cozy cottage on a lake in a secluded area and this property was just what we wanted. The view was lovely, the surroundings were peaceful, the house was clean and had all the necessary amenities available for our use. Kathy was a great host and responded quickly when we had questions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!'

'We were two senior couples who came to Petoskey for a fall escape. We wandered around Petoskey one day and enjoyed the stores and outdoor dining. The next day we went to Mackinaw and rode bikes, did the steps to the arch and toured the Grand Hotel. The third day we went to Charlevoix and Harbor Bay. We also went to Petoskey State Park for a sunset. We came back and enjoyed the hot tub and a glass of wine and snacks in the living room. Everyone slept well in the bedrooms. The house was...

'This is an amazing home. Everything was exactly like the listing said. It was easy to find, and on a quiet street. Very roomy, comfortable and clean. Shelly was proactive in reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed. She also left us detailed information about the area and recommendations. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area and would absolutely stay here again.'

'Very unique house. Might not be suitable for tall people as the ceilings in some rooms are low. The kitchen is small but very serviceable. Living room is beautiful and the tv and internet worked great. The best part of the house is the deck which soars nearly three stories above the street below. We spent a great deal of time on the deck for meals and lounging. Convenient walking distance to town. '

'This was a very clean "homey" hotel. More so than other run of the mill hotels. These guys had actual dishes, real coffee grounds, roku style tv, even the view out the back window was trees. It gave a real sense of home away from home. Wish i couldnt spent my whole trip at this hotel honestly. They really think out all you need for cresture comforts away fro. Home. I cant say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!! '
