'I was very disappointed with my stay at The Hills Residence. Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that the room had not been properly cleaned. The overall condition of the room was underwhelming and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. The walls throughout the room were heavily scuffed and marked, giving the space a worn and neglected appearance. The rug was dirty and covered with sand, the floors were sticky, and several of the couch pillows were visibly stained and unclean....

'The apartment truly does sit in the heart of Christiansted - a perfect location for popping out to a local dinner, browsing local shops, heading out for an excursion, or ducking downstairs to the juice bar. The space was well maintained very clean, and provided everything we need. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this apartment for a trip to Christiansted.'

'This place is a hidden gem!! the rooms are rundown, but have what you need. They even have extra beach gear, including bags, towels, toys to borrow.Dave and Karen run it like a bed-and-breakfast -where they take care of their guests and they encourage guests to get to know each other. We met a lot of nice people during the rum punch happy hour and breakfast time. We will definitely stay here when we return to St. John!'
