« In Italy for 5 weeks and visited a total of 8 cities and this is one of the top two quality stays we had. Like everything about the room but could have used a couple towel "hooks" in the bathroom which I admit is a minor detail but the drying rack is mounted very high on the wall making it impossible for my 4'-11" wife to reach. Also the instructions to enter the building are rather poor and found upon arrival that we had to call management and have them tell things that were not explained in...

« The house was exceptionally clean. The staff friendly and helpful and the surrounding grounds beautifully kept. Our car was parked behind a locked gate and everything felt safe and cared for. Close to downtown. Highly recommend. »

« Very nice location, great view from our enormous balcony, just fantastic. Access was a bit difficult as Google Maps didn't exactly take us to the right spot. Communication with the host was delayed but thankfully a neighbour nearby helped us out. A hint to all hosts, make communications a high priority. Guests and travellers do not know there way around and they need all the help they can get. We would stay there again. »
