'This house was exceptional! It was extremely clean, decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Located in a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything - only 23 minutes to Orange Beach, 35 minutes to Gulf Shores and about 40 minutes to Gulf Breeze. If we’re ever back in the Pensacola area I would definitely rent this house again! Owner always checked in on us which I appreciated.'

'It’s was clean but when you looked closer there was hair on the sheets, and small things like behind the toilets were gross, there was also a lot of sand still on the floor. The back door handle was loose and about to fall off. The main thing was that there was siding on the outside of the house that was ripping off and at night when the wind would blow it would hit the side of the house extremely loud so it made it difficult to sleep. I contacted maintenance about it but it was never fixed...
