« The house was clean when we checked in. The view was beautiful. We loved staying on the bay side. The water was calm and my young children enjoyed being able to play in the water without having to worry about waves. The kitchen has lots of cookware and bakeware (not included: air fryer, rice pot, strainer). The living area was larger than expected. Large sliding door leading to the beach (no curtains). « We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice, clean and open. Lots of space. We loved sitting by the pool and the water wasn't too cold so I could float--my favorite pastime. Quiet neighborhood so you could hear the birds in the morning. They like to drink from the pool fountain. :) »

« It was a great stay. The most comforting part was the alarm on all the doors leading to the pool. This is an amenity that should be posted on the listing because it gives so much peace of mind having small children. The house had plenty of space but very cozy. It includes lots of extra things available to use in the pool and at the beach. I was very impressed with the property. »

« I stayed here with my two kiddos and we absolutely loved it. The bungalow was super cute and comfortable, the kids loved playing in the water and jumping from the pier. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and we had everything we needed. Groceries, public beach, state park, shopping, all just a short drive away. Would definitely stay again in the future. »

« We had a great stay with 3 adults and 7 children! The house is so big on the inside! I think it is awesome that the owner has things for babies should it be needed like a pack in play and high chair. We didn’t need those things but as a mom I thought I found it so thoughtful! The walk to the beach was like 2 minutes and the small Bay Area was great for kids, all of ours were under 10 years old. »

« My parents, cpusin, and 2 adult children rented this wonderful house for a birthday getaway! There was plenty of space for the 6 of us, and we enjoyed having 2 living areas. The home was well equipped and in a great location with a quick drive to beach access. Its only a mile to the beach, so easy to walk there too. We will definitely keep The Copacabana House in mind for the future! »

« Very small townhome. Comfortable beds and great hot water and water pressure. Just right for two or three people. Nearby to beaches and playground. The neighborhood is very quiet. Backyard is a little scruffy but it’s to be expected at springtime. Gas grill works great. Thank you for letting us stay for 35 nights. »

« This was a newer house and well appointed. Everything seemed new and clean. The location was furthered from NAS than I expected, but still okay. Lil fruit flies were a little annoying. I think from the trash that needed to be picked up. Pool was very nice and temperature was perfect. »

« There were a few things that needed some repair. The mini blind in the bedroom had some broken strands and there is nothing else to block the view from the outside walkway. That needs to be replaced and a curtain hanging there would also be helpful as the mini blind didn’t reach completely from side to side. The molding at the bottom of the outside of the tub either needs replaced or repainted as it had permanent dark marks on it that made it appear dirty. »
