Beautiful farmhouse with private pool

Located in the Gers in the South West of France, an hour and 20 mins from the sea and an hour from the Pyrenees, this rustic, beautiful old farm house, has charm and character. With 4 bedrooms within the house, 2 doubles and 2 single rooms and if required an extra bedroom in the adjoining shay, Ideal for a family, or a group of friends or even a couple wanting the extra space and peace.

Guests can relax in the swimming pool, enjoy a hot barbecue and access free WiFi at this pretty peaceful villa. A 5-minute drive to the village for a fresh cup of coffee and bread. You can also bask in the sun in this beautiful region of France. You can shop in Aire-sur-L'Adour and explore the vicinity on foot or by bike. The kitchen is equipped with amenities including an oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Garden furniture and a private terrace are also featured in this villa. A table tennis table is available for recreation. A washing machine is available for use.

There is a welcome red book in the house outlining information for the house. We have a caretaker Fabrice. If you are stuck you may contact him. All the details are in the red book. The robot for the swimming pool is on a timer in the evening. Please do not remove from the pool as it is very delicate and please don’t allow children to play with it.
