'I should have checked also but there is a fee for parking. My bad but other things, there is a fee to use wi fi. There are no special security features for using elevator or stairs I.e anybody could go into your floor. I woke up to use the restroom , it was Around 3am and there is a sensor bright light that goes on in restroom, it was so bright like a spot light, they need to have dim lights. I would not go back.'

'I didn't like the A/C heater that my husband had to turn on bec he felt cold. Everytime it was on made a very loud noise that my husband could not sleep. About 3 am he phoned the front desk and told him to listen at the noise and said something more which I didn't hear. Eventually I had to turned off A/C and I gave him my sheet to cover him. My husband is a light sleeper.'

'Our waiter this morning was amazing, Location was across the street from where we needed to be. Those are my positives. Lost power early this am which caused this crazy beeping sound waking us up. Front desk didn’t seem to care one bit. And now what I will always mark a hotel down on NO Freaking HOT water in shower. After a freezing concert outside all I wanted was to take a hot bath(I know I’m strange I use bathtubs in hotels) no hot water like barely luke warm. Tried again this am to shower...

'Very kind staff. Strong fragrance throughout hotel. carpets in hallway covered in towels and toilet ran all night with a loud screeching sound over and over. Standalone AC or heating unit in room had a drain into a large plastic milk jug. Overall it’s an older hotel with charm but some of these things did not create a good impression. We got to our room late and when we noticed the issues we were too tired to ask to be moved so I did not repot these concerns.'

'The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items, from eggs, bacon. Sausages and French toast to oatmeal, cereal and fruit options. The size of the beds in a “premium” room with “queen” beds was limited in space and full size beds and a noisy fridge. The staff at the breakfast are was very helpful and courteous like a restaurant experience. Unfortunately we can’t say the same from the person that checked us in, not friendly at all, but everyone else was nice. The immediate vicinity didn’t look...

'It’s a gorgeous setting around the pool and jacuzzi. A paradise with the palms and flowers. It’s a tiny bit run down. Needs new chairs at pool. The staff is amazing- room service, so helpful in many ways! Nice to have a restaurant on site! Price is great. Felt very safe as a single woman. Always stay there when I’m in town.'
