'二樓的泡湯區，設備不錯 雖然不是很大，但是小而精緻，用的洗浴及保養護膚產品也很好，泡完湯有4種冰棒隨客人享用，晚上09:30～23:00還有免費的拉麵宵夜可吃。 尤其飯店幫我按排最高樓層，面對小樽駅，遠方還有眺望天狗山，日景及夜景棒極了，感謝飯店。大力推薦這家飯店。'

'This property is gorgeous , the staff and services are premium. The food is delicious. The surrounding is beautiful and amazing. If you have a car, I strongly recommend it. I like everything except the earlier afternoon shuttle service. The hotel provides free shuttle service to nearby ski resort Annupuri. It has 7:30, 8:30am shuttle to Annupuri, and 3pm pick up from Annupuri. The only way to get back to hotel is by taxi if you missed the 3pm shuttle; however, taxi is hard to find overall. If...

'This is just perfect!!! Has it own perfect beginner slopes and the set up with the rental and lockers is 5m from the chairlifts !! Food is ok with a couple of really good highlights including some amazing sashimi scallops...on the dinner buffet '

The kindness and love of Manager Shiina, the amazing and fantastic Chef Ishii, Chef & resident Francophile Mrs. Keiko, Nagajima, and Thai speaker Saiparn are what guests remember. 'Ideal base for skiing in Grand Hirafu, with ski in/ski out access to the Ace Family Lift and location is walkable to a good variety of food, shopping and ski hire options, as well as the King Gondola and Hirafu Welcome Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, and buffet breakfast hit the spot each morning. Onsen was lovely after a day on the slopes too! We loved the view from our room, watching people ski down the Family Run. Would stay again and highly recommend. '

'Nice breakfast high tea style. Staff were very helpful. Stayed in the loft room for a family of 5. The loft was half height which was fun for the kids. Overall the room space was a bit tight but sufficient. Washing machine and dryers were pay per use. '
