'Even after speaking with the every level of management my stay was ruined due to the entry to my room was never secure. I was told upon checkin the door was broken and being repaired. The door was never repaired and anyone could push my door and gain entry. I wrote a lengthy email with no response. Veel klauter en klimwerk dan wel gebruik maken van transport middels buggies die permanent gasten naar hun kamers rijden. Hotel ligt vanaf zee bergopwaarts . Ligging wel vrij geïsoleerd, dus geen dorpjes in omgeving. Erg aangewezen op voorzieningen in hotel of het zeer kostbare Four Seasons hotel middels gratis shuttle transport op 10 minuten afstand. 'Overall, the property is a good choice for a first time stay in Costa Rica. However, the room decor is somewhat outdated. The swim up bar pool area could definitely use some upgrades too. Food is great. Drinks were okay. Staff was kind and friendly.'

'Beautiful property and room! The pools are plentiful and never felt crowded—we saw a monkey! Treat yourself to an evening sunset by the lobby bar—breathtaking! The beach is ona beautiful cove. 'We arrived at 2:00PM and were told the room was not ready. We had to wait 4 hours, until 6:00PM until we were given a room key. Upon arriving in the room, which was dated, and showed obvious wear and tear, we attempted to take showers. The room had no hot water. Towel hanger was broken off the wall, overall old and worn.
