He knew we were travelling with kids and left boogie boards out for us to use. He also learned it was our daughter's birthday and gave her a small gift. « The flat was amazing, we definitely enjoyed the time we spent INSIDE the apartment. HOWEVER, the hotel management and concierge are COMPLETELY inept and made our entire stay unnecessarily frustrating. We received zero communication regarding what amenities were available to us, and only received answers to questions if using WhatsApp. Even then, responses would come hours later (even up to 24 hrs) and the responses were borderline rude. Vor Ort haben wir zuerst festgestellt, dass das W-Lan für die umliegenden Unterkünfte nicht funktioniert hat und bis zu unserer Abreise das Problem nicht behoben werden konnte.
