Residenties in Otago Peninsula

'The stay in the stables is poor, even for a low-budget version of the castle. The rooms are very noisy, not only noises from the guests next door (even if they do it quietly) but also from the noisy staff who start preparing breakfast at just after 6:00 am. Lots of loud talking and the radio on. The breakfast itself is good, but the breakfast location (the stable) is cold, (coincidentally?) the heating is partly defective, especially when the stable doors open on both sides because guests also...

'Great concept and enjoyed the stay, however needs maintenance with rot in window frames, cork floor covering in bathroom failing and bed too soft. No wine glasses.Access to car park below studio very challenging due to steep driveway. '

'Was hard to leave this accommodation because it is well situated near bush with bellbirds singing across the small valley. The amenities are excellent and beautifully presented. The weather wasn’t the greatest for our four night stay but we felt super cosy! Thank you to host, Paul and his partner. Sorry we did not get to thank you in person at the time of our departure! Cheers. '
