'Everything was perfect'

'Spacious room and very comfortable. While outdated, it was also somewhat rustic and quaint in its own way. The rates were excellent for this time of year. Everything was safe and secure for parking, but we did not eat there. It was an hour's drive back to St. John's for a medical appointment, so a little further than we had hoped for. Still, we found it relaxing and quiet in a beautiful and peaceful setting. '

'Lovely location, right on the East Coast Trail. Easy to find. Sauna was wonderful. Room was great - cooking facilities were nice to reduce eating out costs. Could hear people in adjacent rooms (just everyday noises, they were not being particularly noisy/partying).'

'Room is not nice I was fooled by the photos. Our room looked nothing like our tiny room. Park way at the back. Stairs were wet and I ended up falling. Stairs to upstairs long and narrow. Worse was the evening staff. She did not care that I fell. Did not care I lost my license and refused to accept my husband’s. Morning was better, breakfast was good and the staff was much nicer. I won’t book here again.'

'Cozy is the right word to describe the property- we enjoyed the stay. We did find the beds to be uncomfortable but that could be due to our size. It was easy access to all that we were there to enjoy.'
