'Very nice, two-bedroom apartment!'

'Very clean and roomy. Large bed rooms but one had a clear glass panel in the door. I would suggest a curtain. I was a little concerned about The lack of a obvious fire escape with a BBQ on the exit. The kitchen was great but be carful of the toaster directly under upper cupboards, a little too close for safety. hand rails in the bathroom would be nice for seniors if possible. 'Cozy place to stay in Placentia. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the little binder with everything we needed to know about the house, the area, checking out, etc. all in one location and easy to read. We only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay longer!'

'Very comfortable and clean property! Had everything we needed for the weekend and we had a great time!'

'It is not worth the value. Poor internet. It was a very small room. Too expensive for the price. Not quiet at all. I could hear the family owning the place already at 7:00 am because of their young kids.'

'We had a fantastic stay at the house. Our family enjoyed the view from the patio, including several whales. The hot tub was clean and perfect after days of hiking. Great vacation house!!'

'A very quiet, modern neighbourhood, The apartment was very clean and bright. Access was down a set of exterior stairs, no big problem there. Negative: kitchen chairs could be stronger - legs pushed out under me and I'm not that big. For what we needed for a couple nights, it fit the bill very well'

'Beautiful view'

'This refurbished home is very clean and neat, with all new appliances and amenities. It has one full bathroom with a shower, and a second half bathroom in the laundry room. It’s a very comfortable place to stay near the Main Street in Conception Bay South. The host is very communicative and helpful.'

'Excellent stay in St. John’s if you have a vehicle. Close to grocery and other stores, unit has everything you would need and host was wonderful. It’s only a very short drive to downtown however walking would take 30-40 minutes and involve some steep hills coming back. Would recommend.'
