« We loved the river access and the kayaks were great fun for the kids. The host was quick to respond to all communication. The only issue we had was no air conditioning downstairs. The kitchen was downstairs and our kids slept down there. It was super hot. We purchased a fan which helped, and by morning it would cool off. Cooking in the kitchen really heated up the downstairs. « This house is awesome. It was one of the nicest VRBO houses that I've stayed in. There was attention to detail and everything was included! The only negatives is that while the house is super nice, the area around it is not great and run down. The boat access ramp to the river is right there and people will park their trucks 3 feet away from the porch while they wait (my boys loved watching this so it wasn't even really a negative but it is not private hah).
