« Nice house, a little tricky to find though. »

« Everything was great annd exactly ans described. although it was impossible to contact anyone if needed because we had absolutely zero service, (This was something the host warned us about but didn’t realize the extent of it, but we definitely didn’t and don’t fault the host what so ever) even when going into town it was very spotty if even that. Make sure to bring DVDS for kids because the ones provided are for adults mainly of the male gender. We had a few rainy days so we were stuck inside....

« Great little stopover. Simple room, but ideal location for getting around in Mackinac City and to the ferry to go across to Mackinaw Island. Could leave our vehicle right at the VRBO and walk everywhere. »

« 100% attractively and thoughtfully renovated, only evidence of house’s age was stairs to bedrooms that are a bit steep and ceiling a bit low at top for 6’2” husband. We are 70 and it worked fine. Spotless new bathrooms and comfortable beds. The location 2 blocks from bike path was perfect. Convenient location,about 10 minutes to skiing, beach, and downtown Petoskey. »

« We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and well maintained and only a short distance from downtown Charlevoix. There was firewood and sticks available to have a nice fire down by the water. We would definitely recommend the home to others and would stay there again. »

« This was a one week trip with my Friend, starting in the UP and ending in the Harbor Springs/Petoskey area. This Rental in Harbor Springs was really nice. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Both beds were very comfortable, which is hard to find in a rental. We felt very comfortable and safe during our stay. The house is located in a very cute neighborhood. It was very quiet at night. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at the Little Bay Retreat. This smaller house can accommodate a good number of people, and it was very clean upon arrival. It's a few blocks north of the shops of the downtown area. The two TV's provide a variety of streaming services. My only recommendation would be to offer local cable TV. »

« We loved staying at Pincherry Acres for our family’s long weekend. The house is clean and had everything we needed for our family. We love the proximity to Petoskey and also to Boyne Mountain and Boyne Highlands for skiing. This was a return trip and we will be back again! »

« A group of four of us came up to fish Burt and Mullet lake for a long weekend, the property was great accommodating all of us. Short walk down the road to downtown where Northland Brewing was a hit along with their food trucks. 310 Station was also another great spot for some lunch/dinner. Would stay here again 10 times over. »

« This house is so cozy and inviting. There is plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. The renovations and new carpet look great! The updated deck was amazing and we spent a lot of time on the deck! The house was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were soft. There were a few cobwebs but given the time of year and the location we figure there has not been much traffic through the house recently so it was not a concern at all we just wiped them away if...

« I loved the patio/sun room. It was quiet and peaceful and the bedrooms, living room,bathroom and kitchen were fine. The garage had a gas odor from the water heater or boiler. The location was great and I'd come back again. »
