'Exactly what I wanted. Close to Tech campus (where I went) and downtown. Day trips to the Porkies and Copper Harbor were perfect. Weather was perfect and town and surrounding areas were not overrun with people. The small fenced yard was perfect for my dog. A great job was done on converting the property. Added benefit was the big house was empty for my entire stay. '

'We really enjoyed our stay here!!! The property was exactly as described and as the pics showed and we used every bit of it!!! All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, the washer and dryer, dishwasher and every kitchen appliance, utensil, and dish!!! I was able to cook a full thanksgiving dinner without a hitch…The hosts were very responsive to the questions that I had and even checked in to see if all was going well. We would definitely stay here again. '

'Location of this house is fantastic! Near tech, walkable to restaurants and shops! But advertising as an executive mining house may be a stretch. It felt like a college house and the people cleaning/stocking it were college students. I think it’s great if it is students, teaching them great life lessons. But details are heavily overlooked because of it. '

'Clean! Well equipped for home meals and cooking!! Enjoyed the sauna after a day of skiing and snow! Perfect for 2 moms and 4 boys on their winter break ski trip! Bathroom in basement was a little dirty but that was easy to sweep up. '
