'Horrible practice of putting children on 2nd floors, sounded like a heard of elephants over our heads we were literally just there to sleep, but it started in first thing in the am, loud slams I had to call the front office. We were placed by an outside access door that slammed the whole time as well. The room had one chair and it was coming apart, decor needs updating. 'Multiple vehicle break ins overnight. Hotel has no security cameras as they state that the parking lot is a shared lot with Applebee's. They also have no security guards on duty to help prevent break ins. They state that the hotel does not officially offer parking. That it is public parking only. Hotel and manager on duty made no attempt to offer accommodations. Only gave a general email address. To file a complaint.'

'Clean room, cozy room, great amenities, good location downtown but not in the middle of it all. 10 min drive to the airport and there is a bus that picks up right next to the hotel that can take you to the mall and restaurants very easily. Definitely a great place to stay for solo travelers.'

'The room cleaning was once per 2 days which was not clearly explained when checked in.'

'The floor was covered in chicken and goose droppings because there were no fences and many chickens and geese ran around, even pooping in front of your room. The outdoor hot tub was completely unusable, and the tub was full of leaves, mud, and dust. It looks like no one has ever cleaned it.I messaged the host on the day I checked in saying there was no hot water outside, but they didn't reply until the next day when I was about to check out.'

'Have stayed here a few times and never any issues. Unfortunately, this time, we got a bad mattress with a hole in the middle. Our schedule was so tight, we didn’t say anything because we wouldn’t have had time to pack up and change rooms- if offered. Check your mattress before you settle in. Otherwise, it’s quiet, clean, staff is great and location is good and plenty of parking.'
